Neil,
I have a Futaba 6-ch 6EX FASST system.  The manual says that flashing green
means the receiver is receiving RF signal, but doesn't recognize the ID of the
transmitter.  The receiver probably needs to be re-linked with the transmitter.
 The steps are:

1. Set xmtr and receiver close (within 1 meter).
2. Turn on xmtr.
3. Verify that light turns green on back of xmtr.
4. Turn on receiver.
5. Press down ID SET switch for more than one second.  (switch is between
antenna wires on the receiver)
6.  The link is complete and the LED in the receiver should go to solid green.

For info, the receiver LEDs mean:
solid RED - no signal received.
solid green - good signal received
blink green - signal received, but bad ID (not linked)
red and green alternate - unrecoverable problem.

Good luck,
Bill
