Hi Neil, good to hear from you!

"was the man hurt ? "

Of course 'Doc' was not hurt! He is the one who asked for the experiment.
You noticed that first I asked him to put his arms down, to allow the
tracks to have a shallower initial climb, but then he requested that his
arms be up to see if the tank would go over his... well endowed tummy! The
tracks grabbed on his uniform and it went fine. The tank is 135 lbs, and
I'm guessing that the weight is distributed across the surface of contact.
But not a job for the Armortek Tiger at 340 lbs!

"I have pondered about an extreme test for a tank, could it be to drive up
a standard set of house stairs, from bottom to top ? "

I have actually tried to climb stairs at my business, with carpet attached
to the stairs. The problem is that only the EDGE of each stair is in
contact with the tracks. So it does not have enough surface to grab and
pull itself up. If you look at my first video last fall of the tank in my
garden, the Tiger has no problem climbing a hill with identical angle than
stairs (since there are stairs next to that small hill).
