The rules were changed on Feb 10, 2014 as shown here:

Rule III.3 was changed to show 40 paintballs for all tanks
Rule III.4 was changed to show 4 hits for all tanks and frontal
exemptions for armored cars
Rule IV.6.e was added to limit the speed of all armored cars to that of
the fastest tank participating in the battle

Was is it just these things ?
A)4/40 for all assets
B)Frontal hit exemptions for armored cars
C)Speed rules to avoid super fast armored cars
