Mr. Simms,

Speaking on behalf of all Tri-Pact Global Securities partners, we commend you for your courageous stance viz a viz the unscrupulous actions of Mr. Tyng and, indirectly, his shadowy employer, Mr. Loic, during the May 18th peaceful demonstration of R/C vehicles in Gettysburg. As a long-time client of Le Credit, the partnership hereby pledges any and all support needed to recover civil damages from Tyng et. al. should they be unwilling to reimburse Le Credit for the $157,003.00 worth of materials and repairs required on the structure ($3 for cardboard and $157K for unionized labor provided by Tri-Pact Emergency Repair Services). Our veteran team of lawyers and tank operators have been briefed on the situation and stand ready for service as needed.

Also, please be assured that should Mr. Tyng flee U.S. jurisdiction before resolving the matter, our affiliates in the U.K., Funky and The Merry Men, Ltd. have made contingency plans. It is our understanding that Mr. Tyng's photo has already been distributed to all of the pubs in the greater London area, with explicit instructions to fill his glass only with warm beer imported from the U.S.

Once again, all TPGS partners stand by ARSE in your courageous fight.

        Frank Pittelli, Managing Partner
        Tri-Pact Global Securities, LLC.
