So what do you do when you're sick with a cold and have nothing to do? Of course, you learn how to use Sketchup! I've had a cold for the last three days, and after a while, you run out of things to do while you're recovering. Well, yesterday, I told myself I was going to learn how to use Sketchup. I started out with a set of tank plans on Paint, scaled to 1/6 scale. I started taking measurements and putting them into Sketchup. before long, I had something that looked like a tank. I was pretty much done with the main hull, tracks, road wheels, and such, but after an accident while saving my work, I lost half of it. So, after redoing what I lost, I figured I'd post some photos for you guys to see. The tank I modeled is the Russian assault gun SU-76. I've always liked this "tank", and would like to build one for combat in the future.
