so i can get back to finishing the Pillboxes, i am trying to make sure the view port is large enough so that a GoPro (or something else) can be given an unobscured view of the battlefield. so far i still don't have the answer so i just looked up the GoPro 3 http://gopro.com/cameras/hd-hero3-black-edition#technical-specs i am guessing that if i used the ultra wide aspect ratio i would be safe for anything lower? yes? no? that is 4096 x 2160 so i am thinking that if i were to convert that to a metric measurement in mm's and then round it up to 4100mm x 2200mm and then reducing it to it's simplest size of 41mm x 22mm. so now i have a working aspect ratio but now i have to find out how big i really need to be, so for those that have GoPro's (and some form of digital cameras like cell phones) when i get a size figured out to start with, woud you mind drawing the rectangle on a piece of paper and at a distance (yet to be determined - i have to go check inside the pill box) to see if it shows the rectangles outlines, if you don't see them, then i know i have a good window to shoot from. i thought this would be easier than me trying to check out everything with a camera in it. chris
