that doesn't sound like a bad idea. but what if you had a few solid post coming out from the hull (say 2 on each side and on the front, but could be removed for transportation and storage) with a T fitting on them where you could attach a section of rubber tubing between each T, making a wrap around bumper of sorts, this way there's a little less chance of damage to either vehicle during a chase or anything that is in less than 12" is a kill (i think this would work better) as trying to get within 6" or less would just be asking to be bumped chris In a message dated 8/31/2014 7:02:15 A.M.
