Hi, i'm totally new to this, but i thought i would share my bare bones test
chassis, for my future 9K22 Build , as it sits right now it weighs about 59kg,
at ≈4.5 feet long and ≈2.5 feet wide. it likes to do monster truck style
doughnuts if only one track is powered. it runs off of a single 08 civic car
battery, and 2 winch motors that have had the planetary gears modified for
higher speed, it is completely, (minus the 2 tension arms), made of steel. each
track is about 25kg, i welded the steel plates directly to the roller chain and
they have held up to quite the abuse so far only a few have come off in extreme
tests,
Thanks for your time,
Tyler Porter
