I discovered a couple of great products that make tank wiring a lot easier. You may already know about these. The first one is a soldering aid that holds wire or connectors in place for soldering. I've tried some different alternatives for this, including that jig with articulated alligator clips. This little thing is the best by far. I used to just go to Home Depot for wire, but no more. This stuff is much flexible and easier to use.
