I was looking at the bike sprockets i was thinking of using when i thought, why not grind off every 2nd tooth (where have you heard that before huh? ). Now here is my spin on things, then i made up some ply disks and screwed the sprocket to the disk and then ran it through my router and hey presto,one drive cog! Not quite scale but close enough.
