That point needs to me made to JSC.  RDA draft part one speaks of
having controlled access points subsitute for transcribed data.  That
could could lead of massive confusion, as women marry, corporate
bodies change name, etc., not to mention the loss of phrases such as
"adapted by", "translated by" etc.
