Hi Troy,
I didn't completely understand some of the terms in your survey so I
took my best guess. For example, I wasn't clear on all the different
kinds of publishers that were mentioned such as an 'email publisher'.
If we bought RDA from an email publisher what exactly would that look
like? Also, other than the subscription service, I don't understand how
the other publishers mentioned in the survey would work.

The Co-Publishers for RDA are seeking input from potential RDA Toolkit
users outside the United States.
Please help us learn more about what ordering and payment systems we
need to put in place, so we can make subscribing to the online RDA
Toolkit from outside the United States as convenient as possible.

We are aiming as much as possible for price parity with US dollars in
