One just wonders why LC themselves couldn't do a better job of
presenting them and making them useful instead of just a bunch of zip
files containing 396 pdfs.
One also wonders why the above Toolkit URL is an opaque and indirect
one instead of the much shorter actual address one might want to
bookmark:

Suggestion for improvement:
Once you click on an RDA icon in an LCPS but have no subscription, you
get invited to buy one but you don't easily get back to the LCPS page.
