Some additional information about the Address elements for Persons and Corporate Bodies-- the MARC authority field is 371.
http://www.loc.gov/marc/authority/ad371.html The "web address" (as in the example in RDA 9.12.1.3) is a bit confusing since 371$u is not for a homepage apparently: "In field 371, subfield $u is used for the source of information accessible electronically.
