I do not know if I truly understand your issue. I think that you are
talking about the primarily relationship (between Group 2 and Group 1
entities) in FRBR, and relationships between a resource and persons in RDA.
My understanding is:

In FRBR:

A person (Group 2 entity) creates a work (Group 1 entity).
A person has a "creation" relationship with a work.

Here, " creates" or "creation" is a general term to cover a relationship
between a person and a work.

In RDA
A person has a "creator" relationship with a work.

Still, creator is a general term. It can be specified as "author", "artist",
"compiler", depending on the case.

In MARC and cataloging practice,

I believe that the 100 field indicates the creator relationship between a
person and a work. We can use subfield "e" to record a more specific
relationship.

The above is just my thought.
