Hi There is a breaking change PR awaiting to no longer use publicID from ConjunctiveGraph.parse and Dataset.parse as the name for the default graph.
It would be helpful to get some feedback from the community on this. Please have a look at https://github.com/RDFLib/rdflib/pull/2406 and provide feedback there.
