Hi, we use rdiff-backup to run our backups here. Thank you so much, it's a great software product.
However, we have been recieving errors frequently of this nature: python2.3: ERROR: (rs_job_iter) internal error: job made no progress [orig_in=131058, orig_out=65536, final_in=131058, final_out=65536] UpdateError dbdump/ica-db1/ica/opens.txt librsync error 107 while in patch cycle (later on) python2.3: ERROR: (rs_job_iter) internal error: job made no progress [orig_in=1, orig_out=65536, final_in=1,final_out=65536] UpdateError dbdump/ica-db1/ica/substatus_a.txt librsync error 107 while in patch cycle My first instict was that this was because the files are so big, but we have files that are much,. much larger that don't fail. Also, a weird thing that's happening is that the substatus_a.txt file doesn't change. Ever. It's a dump of a read-only mysql table. We are using rdiff-backup version 0.13.4-5 on Debian Sarge. Thanks for any suggestions. -- Jason Faulkner System Administrator Broadwick Corporation (919) 459-2509 _______________________________________________ rdiff-backup-users mailing list at [email protected] http://lists.nongnu.org/mailman/listinfo/rdiff-backup-users Wiki URL: http://rdiff-backup.solutionsfirst.com.au/index.php/RdiffBackupWiki
