Thanks, the first line told me it was already loaded and the second appeared to mount successfully.  Is there a way to make this happen automatically, or do I have to edit your script to mount the /proc?

Thanks!

Hi Will,

My /proc/ folder is empty on FreeBSD.

Try this:

kldload procfs
mount -t procfs procfs /proc

Or:

kill -0 $OTHERPID

Cheers, Chris.
