When I run rdiff-backup --list-increment-sizes, it shows 0 bytes for
October 29 and 30...

If I look at the session statistics for those days, I see a confusing
story. On October 29, there are 719 new files and 7 changed files, yet
increment files are 0? From reading the documentation, shouldn't there
be one increment file for each new or changed source file?
