Yes, I use Xubuntu 19.10 on two laptops. I used rdiff-backup 1.2.8 (?) and 1.3 without any problems, and the change to 1.4 went without any problems. The upgrade to Xubuntu 19.10 caused the upgrade to rdiff-backup 1.3, because the repository maintainers had this version on their servers. With the best regards, David
