Greg,

A windows executable would be great for the time being.

What's the status of RD3d within RDkit? I see the help files in the windows binary release, but no executable. I've moved over to Theravance and think
the application has a wide potential use.

The source for the pharmacophore search application is there
($RDBASE/Python/qtGui/Search3D), but it may be tricky to run on
windows because of the problems with the availability of Qt v3.x. This
will be solved if I ever have time to update the RDKit gui components
to work with Qt v4.x (which is freely available on Windows), but I'm
not sure when that might happen.

I can build an executable of the application so that it's useable now
on Windows if you're really interested (I haven't done this yet
because no one has expressed interest).
