Hi,

It seems PyQt3 Windows binary and source are removed from Riverbank's
download page,
http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/software/pyqt/download3
So could anyone help to find the software? I need it to run RDKit GUI
on WIndows. Thanks.
