Dear all, This morning a colleague pointed out that the RDKit Mol2 file parser wasn't reading coordinates in correctly (it was ignoring the x coordinate and assigning the y coordinate to x). Murphy's law dictates that this happened within hours of me doing a release.
Since this is something of a big deal for anyone who wants to use the mol2 parser, I'm going to do a second release (Q12009_2) this evening (European time). To avoid confusion, I have removed the Q12009_1 source releases from sourceforge and google. To avoid being too irritating with the email, I won't post another announcement after I do the upload.
