I checked my Fedora 11 (32 bits) at home and here are a few additional details I missed yesterday. RDKit_Q22009_1 should build fine with Boost 1.37.0 from boost.org and boost-numeric-bindings-20081116 from mathema.tician.de; iirc, all of the other dependencies should be resolved by the distribution. I don't remember why I used boost 1.37 when 1.39 was already available, maybe it was just because 1.37 is also shipped with the distribution. HTH, Riccardo
