[Rdkit-discuss] Depicting molecules with a common core

The attached file is a python script for generating depictions of
molecules aligned to a common core. The script can be run from the
command line or the AlignDepict() function it contains can be used
from other programs.

This is of general enough utility that I will be checking it in to the
subversion repository in the directory:
$RDBASE/Python/Chem/ChemUtils
