While updated various parts of my system, I found that the latest version
of RDKit (Q3_2009) combined with the latest version of PIL (1.1.7) leads to
errors when trying to execute Draw.MolToImageFile(...) The error
stated "cannot load font" and not image was generated. When I downgraded to
PIL v1.1.6, all is fine.
Nothing mission critical here, just an FYI.
