Kind of: there is a prototype of a SWIG-based wrapper for using the rdkit from csharp (or other .net languages) in: $RDBASE/Code/Demos/SWIG/csharp_example This isn't a finished and stable thing, nor is it particularly straightforward to build. The SWIG wrapper is currently in a proof-of-concept state: it shows that the wrapper can be done, but it's not 100% complete or well tested.
