Hi,
I'm trying to change the font and the minimum font size for the atoms labels
in my depictions. I can see the variables: atomLabelFontFace and
atomLabelMinFontSize
in the MolDrawing class in the documentation, but how do I change them
?Also what fonts are available.
This is the code I use to generate the depictions (taken from the wiki):
from rdkit import Chem
from rdkit.Chem import Draw
mol = Chem.MolFromSmiles('c1ccncc1CC(=O)O')
Draw.MolToImageFile(mol,'test.png')
