Are CMake, Flex, Bison only used at compile/build time or are they required for running RDKit as well?
The issue is I am building RDKit on a front end head node and making it available to all compute nodes (pretty much by nfs sharing $RDBASE). However if these packages are needed at runtime, I have to install them on each compute node as well.
