Hello guys, i have tried to install rdkit under ubuntu after it can't install it under mac os x.
On ubuntu ctest will fail and if i try to import something from rdkit in python i became this output: jochen@ubuntu:~/RDKit/build$ python Python 2.7.2+ (default, Oct 4 2011, 20:03:08) [GCC 4.6.1] on linux2 Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information. >>> from rdkit import rdBase Traceback (most recent call last): File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module> ImportError: libRDGeneral.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory What could be wrong?
