First of all make sure you have svn client installed (sudo apt-get install
svn on debian like systems)

Then do this:

svn co https://rdkit.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/rdkit/trunk rdkit_trunk

Note that this will create a high level "rdkit_trunk" directory, which you
should point RDBASE and the other system variables to.

Then it is pretty much business as usual as you install the releases (read
the INSTALL file in rdkit_trunk).
Considering this is a development version - it is probably a good idea to
run the tests when you are ready (instructions in the INSTALL file).
