Dear all, I did some tests with v1.51 of Boost last night and this morning and confirmed that the RDKit does *not* work with this version. I believe that the same thing applies to v1.50 of Boost, but I haven't confirmed this.
The fix (a few changes to the build system) is relatively straightforward, but it's going to take me a bit to get everything checked in and tested.
