Hi,

This is a known issue with the formula when you install the SVN version. The 
cause is that there is patch included to get the Q3 release built properly with 
the latest boost. Unfortunately, the patch does not patch cleanly on the SVN 
version. You have two options: either you remove the patch manually (run `brew 
edit rdkit` and then remove anything after line 100) or you install the Q3 
release instead of the SVN version.
