Dear all, Yesterday a colleague found a bug in the topological-torsions fingerprinter in the 2013.03.1 release that breaks backwards compatibility (the right number of bits are set, but the bit indices are off by one).
Since this is a backwards compatibility bug in a part of the RDKit that's used pretty frequently, I'm going to do a patch release to fix the problem. v2013.03.2 will come out later today.
