A few days back I posted how the Ubuntu python--rdkit package does not work
and throws an error
It turns out it was my fault entirely and I had an old rdkit install that
was sitting in the path.
Once I cleaned out my PYTHONPATH and LD_LIBRARY_PATH the built-in
python-rdkit worked just fine.
So its great that Ubuntu has its own python-rdki ready to go.
Thanks to Julian Taylor for pointing out that it was my problem with my
PATH settings.
