Interesting stuff, looks promising!
Got pulled in so I created a Dockerfile that builds an image with rdkit,
ipython and matplotlib. Once the image is built it runs ipython notebook
server. You can find the source here:

Just follow instructions in the first few lines of the Dockerfile to build
and run it..
