Hi I am using rdkit to generate svg for output to a browser.
It is all working really well and I can easily customize the output using
the MolDrawing.DrawingOptions.
However I am still trying some irreproducibility between rdkit from github
running on two different machines: one a linux server and the other an osx
laptop.
I think I can chalk the rdkit generated svg file differences to the
versions of pango and cairo on these two machines. How do I track down
what versions get linked during the build? .Or are they not linked during
the build and consequently do I need to not rebuild rdkit but just install
the separate identical version of pango and cairo on both machines.
The only reason I need to do this is that the dev-Mac laptop produced svg
works across Chrome , Firefox and Safari.It is running cairo 1.12.16
The server which runs the same version of rdkit produces svg that looks
different and does not work on Firefox and Chrome. Basically this is an
Ubuntu box and the structures it draws when seen on Firefox are missing the
heteroatom labels.
