There is version written in javascript called marvin for js. For
obvious reasons it lacks some functionality comparing to the java
applet. This is why it connects to server to perform most complicated
operations. The protocol is fully documented
(http://marvin4js.chemaxon.com/marvin4js-6.0/docs/dev/webservices.html).
Use of this webservices requires separate licence (there is one
license for using marvin for js component and second one for
webservices). This is why I'm trying to reimplement it using RDKit and
beaker. The problem is one of the method responds in mrv format so I
wrote converter and though it may be useful for the RDKit itself.
