thanks for the code, Samo!

"mmp" is correctly depicted as reaction.

However, the depiction in a pandas data frame does not properly work.

The figure in the data frame is still "depicted" as
<img src=data:image/png;base64 ....


Eventually, I would like to output the data frame into an Excel file, but 
this seems not to work as well.
to_html also does not work.


Maybe pandas is not the appropriate module for my task?
