Hi Tim,

When generating the SWIG wrappers, the process creates a set of javadocs.
This is, unfortunately, not complete,[1] but it's probably better than
nothing.
If you aren't building your own version of the wrappers, I can send you a
copy.

[1] The code that produces the javadocs is, unfortunately, a giant hack
that I don't particularly understand. This needs to be fixed.
