today I started a try with rdkit on Windows10. Finally Anaconda64 worked with the rdkit conda installation. Now I want to test substructure search together with PandaTools...#
Unfortunately I have similar problems like Takayuki 2 days ago. Changing the Version of Pandas do not help in my case:
frame = PandasTools.LoadSDF('test.sdf',smilesName='SMILES',molColName='ROMol')
results finally in

AttributeError: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'DataFrame'
Any hints? I'm frustrated to stop my trials with so an easy problem.....
