What happens if you do this instead?
cmake -DRDK_BUILD_INCHI_SUPPORT=ON -DPYTHON_EXECUTABLE=/usr/bin/python3.4
..
That seems to work for me on Ubuntu 14.04, also, delete your entire build
directory and make it again before running the command.
