There are times when it would be really useful to have a wiki available,
either to supplement the documentation or to include information that
doesn't naturally fit anywhere else.

To that end I've switched on the wiki support provided by github for the
rdkit repo:
https://github.com/rdkit/rdkit/wiki

As you'll see, the only thing that's currently there is the
SuccessfulBuilds page (https://github.com/rdkit/rdkit/wiki/SuccessfulBuilds),
which I'll try and keep as up to date as possible as I try out new
combinations of boost/python/etc.

Additional contributions are definitely welcome here, as are ideas for
other pages that it would be useful to have. I'm not sure how "public"
submissions to the wiki goes, but it kind of sounds like anyone with a
github account can contribute... let's see how that goes.
