I have't done a serious revision of that presentation in a while, but I do
have a more recent version of the "state of the toolkit" deck (dated
December 2018, so the "history and milestones" slide is a bit more up to
date). I can send you that if it helps.

If you checkout the github repo so that you have the reveal.js and images
folders I guess it should work better.
