Hi Greg, Hi Ines
It think that Gregs solution works fine for me. Thanks for your quick help, guys. Best regards, Gerrit Von: Greg Landrum <greg.land...@gmail.com> Datum: Mittwoch, 22. That's not something I've done before, but a quick bit of googling seems to indicate that it may not be trivial to make images in notebooks work properly when translating to PDF with nbconvert. Unlucky. There is a "kind of" solution that you can use though: print to PDF from your browser. This doesn't generate the highest quality output, but it does seem to work. The attached PDF file is generated from this notebook: https://gist.github.com/greglandrum/89535f4ab1bf2ac44a9bdd54d66b5758 Maybe this helps? -greg On Tue, May 21, 2019 at 2:08 PM Gerrit Micheel <gerrit.mich...@tu-dortmund.de> wrote: Hey, I've converted SMILES to Mol Objects with the AddMoleculeToColumnFrame module. The molecules were displayed properly, but when I'm saving my notebook as a PDF document the Mol Objects were not shown as molecules anymore. I've attached the PDF document and a partial screenshot of my notebook. -Linux -RDKit Version: 2019.03.1.03.6.8 - Python Version: 3.6.8 Best Regards, Gerrit _______________________________________________ Rdkit-discuss mailing list Rdkit-discuss@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/rdkit-discuss
