Hi all, I would like to get the shortest path between two aluminum atoms in a zeolite molecule; however, I'm getting a problem using GetShortestPath(). A single bond between aluminum and oxygen is not being recognized, and as such, the shortest path is not being returned correctly. The single bond in question is being recognized by molecular viewing software such as MacMolPlt. I was wondering if there's anything I can do to fix this?
