I have used several fingerprints and learned these algorithms in rdkit to get the appropriate algorithm for the purpose. But I'm in trouble because I didn't get enough information about layered fingerprint. Could you give me more detailed information about layered fingerprints? I would appreciate it even more if you also provide pre-defined substructure list for layered fingerprint! I read already 'RDKit Documentation' and 'Fingerpeint in the RDKit' written by Gregory Landrum. The contens of these were too rough for me. Thank you!
