conda install -c conda-forge rdkit I would wait a little for an update because a) the relevant repository for conda-forge source about rdkit [2] was not yet updated, and b) issuing the alternative command conda install -c rdkit rdkit as outlined in the Anaconda Cloud[3] triggers an installation that stops because of a current discrepancy between the version of the Python interpreter (3.8.6) and the requirements set for rdkit.
