I'm hitting problems when building from source on an Ubuntu system. I've installed the dependencies (e.g. boost) using apt and think I have everything set properly, but cmake is failing. Early on it says:

Perhaps a find_package() call is missing for an IMPORTED target, or an ALIAS target is missing?
