Our utility (National Grid) however has recently started requiring a copy of the original certification issued to the manufacturer of the equipment, so this has been insufficient. As has the cut sheet which bears the ETL stamp, or the web page that said it was tested successfully. We have to submit the UL or other certification for each install we do in their territory at this time.
